Our HPL sheets are available in different colours and in 6mm or 8mm thickness. HPL sheets are weatherproof compact sheets made of high-pressure laminate, whose high quality is not affected by the weather.
Your advantages of our HPL sheets:
HPL screws 5,5 x 35mm made of stainless steel with a scratch-resistant head finish in pure white (RAL 9010). The painted HPL screws are suitable for mounting our HPL panels in pure white on a wooden substructure.

Buy low-priced HPL sheets made of weatherproof, scratch-resistant high-pressure laminate on measure at S-Polytec.
Our high-quality HPL sheets are multi-layer sheets, with a core consisting of several layers of kraft paper soaked in phenolic resin and top coats of decorative paper soaked in melamine resin. These layers are pressed under a high pressure to a homogeneous, compact plate, which is why these plates are also referred to as high pressure laminate. HPL (High Pressure Laminate) consists of about 65% environmentally friendly cellulose fibers and is free of heavy metals, fungicides, pesticides or organic halogen compounds.
The manufacturing process of HPL sheets has no negative impact on the environment.
HPL sheets are especially stable, rigid and compact sheets of high-pressure laminate with a comparatively high density of about 1,35g/cm³, which is about one third heavier than water. HPL sheets are scratch-resistant, solvent-resistant and corrosion-free and are highly resistant to weathering. The operating temperatures of HPL sheets are approx. -80°C to +180°C and are therefore extremely frost-resistant as well as heat-resistant.
HPL is free of heavy metals, organic halogens and asbestos and has a low smoke emission in case of fire.
Basically you can say that HPL sheets can be processed similarly to hardwood. Therefore, all common machining methods for cutting HPL sheets can be easily implemented. HPL sheets can be sawed, milled or drilled easily. It is also possible to sand the cut edges of HPL sheets with appropriate sandpaper.
When drilling HPL sheets with a commercially available drill (or cordless screwdriver) in combination with a metal HSS-drill, the plate should rest on a flat surface to prevent breakage of the cover layer. If you use special facade plate drills (VHM) instead, no eruptions are to be expected when drilling without a base.
HPL sheets are usually riveted to a metal substructure or bolted to wood.
HPL sheets can usually be easily recycled.
Accumulating waste, as well as crushed or deformed plates can be used as a filler, or be processed into new moldings in conjunction with pure resins.
Should a recycling of the HPL sheets should not be possible anymore, then they can be used in a thermal process by controlled combustion for energy production in incinerators. The high calorific value of HPL plates allows the recovery of the energy for the production to a large extent.
On request we deliver as well:
HPL sheets are extremely scratch-resistant and are therefore delivered without protective film. To avoid damage to the top layer, please make sure during processing that the sheets are not pushed over each other or pulled over an edge.
HPL sheets are opaque, do not let any light through, weatherproof and extremely durable, even in the most adverse weather conditions. HPL sheets are therefore used especially for the cladding of exterior facades and as privacy screens for balconies.
HPL boards are also frequently used in interior design, because the antistatic surface is very easy to clean, environmentally friendly and physiologically harmless, which has a positive effect especially in furniture and kitchen construction.
On our modern CNC milling centers we can also mill HPL sheets exactly to your requirements in almost every imaginable form. For creating high pressure laminate milled parts we only need a corresponding engineering drawing as a DXF or DWG file. Also the file formats STEP or IGES, AI (Adobe Illustrator) and EPS files, can be processed by us or converted accordingly.
In order to prepare you in advance for a customized offer including shipping costs, exactly according to your specifications and needs, we need a sketch and also the desired number of pieces per delivery.
