PETG sheets - buy online

Our PETG (copolyester) sheets are crystal clear plastic sheets with a high translucence, suitable for thermoforming. Our PETG sheets are food compliant and drinking water certified and they comply with the European Union RoHS guidelines.

Your advantages with our PETG sheets
  1. PETG sheets are impact resistant and break-proof, even at low temperatures of maximum -40°C
  2. PETG sheets are food compliant and drinking water certified
  3. Our PETG sheets comply with the fire classification B1 (DIN-4102) for thicknesses 1mm - 8 mm

What is PETG?

PETG is a highly resistant plastic that can also be used at very low temperatures of up to -40°C. The temperature of the PETG sheet should not exceed 70°C. The operating temperature of PETG sheets should not exceed 70°C. Furthermore, PETG is not suitable for outdoor use, but there are also special UV-stabilised types which we can supply on request.

PET-G (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) sheets are in most cases transparent or opaque (milky) plastic sheets, which are characterised in particular by their impact strength and break resistance.

PETG is a highly transparent polyester that can be easily thermoformed. PETG sheets that have been stored for a long time should be dried before thermoforming. PETG sheets have good impact strength and excellent chemical resistance. PETG sheets can be glued, painted and machined without problems.

Physical properties of PETG

PET-G (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) is a thermoplastic polyester and has a comparatively high density of 1.3g/cm³. PETG is relatively impact resistant and can be used at temperatures of -40°C to +70°C.

Our product range for PETG sheets

  • Standard panels in 2.0x1.0 metres in thicknesses from 1mm to 15mm

We also deliver on request:

  • Transparent PETG sheets in thickness 0,75mm in maximum size 2050x1250mm
  • Transparent PETG sheets in thicknesses 2-8mm in maximum format 3050x2050mm
  • Cuts and profiles up to a size of 2.0x4.0 metres
  • Transparent PETG sheets in UV-stabilised version for outdoor use

Areas of application for PETG

PET-G is used as a filament for 3D printing. In sheet form, the transparent material is ideal for displays in advertising and trade fair construction or as transparent protection for displays in mechanical engineering. PETG is excellently suited for thermoforming and is also very often used for the production of blisters or films in the packaging industry.

Milling parts made of transparent PETG sheets

Do you need the PETG sheets cut to a specific size, or do you want a specific shape to be contoured? Thanks to our modern sheeting machines and our CNC milling centres, neither cutting your PETG sheets to the millimetre nor creating moulds according to your specifications is a problem.

Simply send us your enquiry with the desired thickness of the PETG sheets, the required quantity and, in the case of steep slopes, a design drawing or sketch with dimensions. Our competent staff will then contact you immediately and send you a tailor-made offer.

We process the following formats: DXF, DWG, STEP or IGES. Furthermore, we are able to convert AI and EPS files.
