Standard parcel shipping applies to orders whose total volume does not exceed 1150mm in length, 550mm in width, and 550mm in heigh. To it a flat shipping fee of €6.90 including VAT will be charged. This also applies to plastic sheets up to 2mm thick, which exceed these dimensions but can be delivered rolled up due to their low thickness. For logistical reasons, the shipment may consist of several packages but only one shipping fee will be charged for shipping within Germany.
Shipping is free for standard packages within Germany for orders totalling €100.00 or more.
Shipping as bulky goods applies to orders whose dimensions exceed the maximum length or width of a standard parcel, but not a girth of1 2800mm and weight of 27kg. The maximum length is 2000mm. Bulky goods parcels are shipped within Germany for a one-time flat rate of €19.90 including VAT.
For aluminium composite panels and HPL panels, the maximum girth measurement is 2000mm, which is necessary to prevent damage during transport.
For all orders where parcel delivery is not possible for logistical reasons, or where a shipment consists of more than 3 bulky parcels or 4 standard parcels, delivery will be made on a disposable pallet by a freight forwarder. This applies in particular to products whose dimensions exceed the maximum permissible girth. In individual cases, shipment as a parcel is possible. This applies, for example, to standard panels with a low thickness, which can be delivered as rolls in a parcel. The costs for shipping by freight forwarder are graded according to weight. The total weight is calculated from the material plus packaging (approx. 20 kg for pallets).
These prices apply to shipping within Germany, include 19% VAT, and are only valid for formats up to a maximum of 2000x1000mm.

All listed shipping prices include additional costs for packaging, tolls in the countries concerned and any surcharges imposed by the shipping service providers. Delivery to islands in the listed countries, as well as to other countries within or outside the EU, is possible on request.
The goods can also be collected from our warehouse on your behalf. If you wish to collect the goods, please arrange a collection date with us. Collections are generally only possible during our regular business hours.
