Aluminium composite panel in a concrete look in 3 mm thickness, cut to size – for modern wall surfaces, kitchen splashbacks, shower wall panels and shopfitting surfaces with a calm concrete effect. The light grey decorative side with darker concrete patterns has a slightly rough feel, yet remains closed, easy to clean and, as a cut-to-size panel up to 2000 mm × 1000 mm, is significantly easier to handle than real concrete.

The aluminium composite panel in a concrete look combines the calm character of light concrete surfaces with the advantages of a lightweight, flat 3 mm composite panel. The decor shows a light grey shade with darker, irregular concrete patterns and has a slightly rough surface, bringing the panel closer to a real concrete surface not only visually, but also to the touch.
Unlike real concrete, the surface remains closed, clean and easy to clean. It does not produce dust, does not absorb loose particles and does not need to be sealed or elaborately protected like mineral surfaces. This makes the panel particularly suitable for wall cladding, kitchen splashbacks, shower wall panels, counter fronts and modern surfaces where a concrete look is desired but real concrete material would be too heavy or too complex to use.
You receive your panel in 3 mm thickness as a millimetre-precise cut-to-size panel up to 2000 mm × 1000 mm. The visible side features the realistic-looking concrete effect, while the reverse side is white primer-coated and therefore well prepared for bonding. Enter your dimensions, configure the cut and order the panel to fit your project.
The visible side shows the light grey concrete decor with darker pattern variations and a slight surface texture. For wall cladding, kitchen splashbacks, shower wall panels or counter fronts, the panel is usually bonded over the full surface, meaning the reverse side will not remain visible later. For this reason, it is white primer-coated and prepared for installation. This creates a calm concrete surface on the front, while the reverse side ensures simple installation by bonding.
Note: The concrete look is characterised by irregular grey tones and fine pattern variations. It does not correspond to a fixed RAL colour shade and may appear slightly different depending on the cut and the panel area. The protective film may distort the visual effect of the decor. We recommend removing the film completely only after processing and installation.
Ideal when a calm concrete effect is required but real concrete material would be too heavy, too porous or too complex to use.
On request, the aluminium composite panel concrete look can be prepared ready for installation. In addition to rectangular cutting, drill holes, cut-outs and individual contours are also possible, for example for sockets in a kitchen splashback, fittings in a shower wall panel or fixing points for wall cladding. This means the panel arrives not only in the right size, but also with the openings you need for installation.

The 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel concrete look consists of a lightweight PE core with aluminium cover layers on both sides. This keeps the panel dimensionally stable, while still making it very easy to saw, drill and mill. For clean cut edges, we recommend a stable support, a suitable saw blade and steady guidance of the saw.
Ideally, the panel should be sawn from the reverse side. This means the decorative side with protective film lies on the support and remains better protected during processing.
Note: The protective film should only be removed completely after cutting, drilling and installation.
For discreet installation without visible screw heads, the aluminium composite panel with concrete decor can be bonded using a suitable MS polymer adhesive, e.g. with Parabond 600 in Grey. A load-bearing, clean and as even as possible substrate is important so that the panel lies flat over the full surface and the concrete look appears calm and even.
Alternatively, the panel can be screwed or riveted. This is particularly suitable when the fixing may remain visible or when the concrete look is intended to have a deliberately technical appearance.
Tip: Our aluminium-bright rivets or stainless steel facade screws go well with the light grey concrete look and create a clean technical contrast to the calm surface.
