MS-Polymer Parabond 600 in rich white is an assembly adhesive and sealant that is used by industry and craftsmen alike thanks to its enormously strong adhesive strength and suitability for almost all materials used in construction. Parabond 600 bonds materials such as aluminium, galvanised and stainless steel, zinc, copper, natural stone, concrete, bricks, cement-based exterior cladding panels, solid core panels, untreated wood, plaster, glass, glaze, various plastics, and many more. In most cases, the use of primers for pre-treatment of the materials to be bonded can be dispensed with.

The initial adhesion of the white assembly adhesive already has a very high tensile strength of 300 g/cm². After its complete curing, Parabond 600 white adheres with a shear strength of an enormous 32kg/cm² as well as a tensile strength of 24kg/cm². Temperature resistance after curing is between -40°C and +90°C. Parabond 600 is not sensitive to frost and is also resistant to moisture. Thanks to the UV and weather resistance of Parabond 600 white, this assembly adhesive can be used for bonding and sealing both indoors and outdoors.

Parabond 600 in white is subject to constant testing before and during filling to ensure consistent quality in terms of colour, viscosity and tack.

Processing Parabond 600 in white

Parabond 600 in white should be applied at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C. Thanks to the high viscosity of the assembly adhesive, the white Parabond 600 can be applied without much effort with any commercial squeeze gun for standard cartridges. The part to be bonded should be applied as soon as possible, but within 10 minutes at the latest, due to the relatively rapid skin formation and the high initial adhesion.

NOTE: Parabond 600 cannot be used for bonding to PE, PP, PA (nylon) or PTFE (Teflon).
