The fischer FIXtainer SX plug box contains 210 fischer expansion plugs in the three most common sizes. These include expansion anchors in size 6x30mm, of which 120 are included in the box. In addition, the assortment box contains 60 plugs in size 8x40mm and 30 plugs in size 10x50mm. The expansion anchor, which is suitable for solid building materials such as concrete and solid stone or perforated building materials, ensures reliable anchoring in the substrate thanks to the powerful four-fold expansion. This makes the plastic anchors made of high-quality nylon an excellent choice for almost all fixings in walls, ceilings and floors.

For practical storage, they are supplied in the L-BOXX Mini range, in which the expansion anchors are clearly separated by size and stored in their respective compartments. The transparent lid provides a quick overview of what is in the box and whether there are still enough dowels for the project. This is extremely helpful, especially if you have several different FIXtainers with screws and dowels at your disposal.

Advantages of the assortment box L-BOXX Mini

The L-BOXX Mini assortment box is used by many well-known brands to provide practical storage for small materials. For example, in addition to the fischer FIXtainer assortments, which are filled with plugs, screws or both, the Wago brand supplies the well-known Wago clamps in the assortment box. Klauke uses the popular L-BOXX system, among other things, to store the K3 wire-end ferrule pliers along with countless wire-end ferrules. One thing unites the transport boxes, regardless of which brand is used. All L-BOXX Mini are compatible with each other and can be stacked quickly and easily thanks to the click system so that they can be transported together.

The main advantage of the small transport boxes is the variable compartment division, which can be made in 36 variants via the removable dividers. Up to 6 individual compartments of about 8cm x 8cm each are possible. If all dividers are removed, the result is a large single compartment with a width of just under 23 cm and a depth of 15 cm. The interior height is approximately 5 cm. This means that the L-BOXX in the Mini size offers an astonishing amount of space for tools and consumables that need to be stored neatly, clearly and securely.

Once the expansion plugs have been used up, the storage box can be reused in countless ways. If the FIXtainer needs to be refilled with expansion anchors, we also offer the sizes contained in the range as well as other sizes and types of anchors individually. However, single does not only mean that a certain size can be ordered, but that in fact even a single dowel can be placed in the shopping cart. Alternatively, empty compartments can also be supplemented with matching screws or the matching drill bit and screwdriver bit can be included in the range. Thanks to the easily removable dividers, there is even room in the box for a folding rule (or metric folding ruler) or a screwdriver.

The fischer SX plug box contains the three most important sizes of the powerful fischer SX expansion plugs. With the extensive range of plugs, you are ideally equipped for almost all installations. From moving into your first home as a private individual, to service fitters in the trades, to caretaker services, the FIXtainer with plugs in 6mm, 8mm and 10mm diameters is always a practical and all-round solution for plug fixings.

In contrast to very simple expansion anchors, the fischer SX expansion anchor provides four-fold expansion in all directions, ensuring maximum security for fixings in solid building materials such as concrete, solid brick or aerated concrete. In addition, the anchor is also very suitable for perforated brick and provides a reliable anchorage in perforated lime-sand brick or hollow brick.

Due to the pronounced webs on the anchor shaft, the anchor does not rotate when the screw is screwed in. The edge of the plug prevents the plug from slipping too deeply into the drill hole, regardless of whether the plug is inserted through the attachment part for push-through installations or directly into the drill hole in push-in installations.

Expansion plug fischer SX Ø6x30mm

The fischer SX Ø6x30mm expansion plug is characterised by its versatility for almost all installations in the home and trade and ensures secure anchoring of simple installation objects. The small 6mm dowel is particularly suitable for the ceiling mounting of smoke detectors, ceiling lights and also for substructures for acoustic ceilings, because in concrete ceilings it achieves a maximum recommended individual load of up to 65kg¹. Because 6mm diameter dowels are most commonly required, 120 are included in the FIXtainer with SX expansion dowels.

Spreading plug fischer SX Ø8x40mm

The fischer SX plug box contains 60 plugs in the size Ø8x40mm, which are excellent for mounting light shelves and racks for which a 6mm plug would be too small. The 40mm dowel has a sufficiently high anchoring depth and is often used for mounting heating or water pipes with pipe clamps in basements and utility shafts. The maximum load capacity of a single anchor is approx. 70kg¹, which can be significantly increased by distributing the load over several mounting points.

The Ø10x50mm expansion plug is suitable for installations where higher loads are present. Especially the installation of wall cabinets in the kitchen or bathroom are among the possible areas of application where the anchor can fully convince. With a maximum recommended load of up to 120kg¹ for a single anchor in solid concrete, the anchor is the first choice especially for heavier or movement-stressed mounting objects. There are 30 10mm diameter dowels in the SX dowel box, which is a very generous quantity for most households.
